The TPSA project held a 2-day workshop on best practices in investment promotion and facilitation for 28 government officials from the Investment Coordinating Board of Indonesia (BKPM) and select private sector representatives.

The workshop included eight modules, covering: (1) global FDI trends; (2) key success factors in attracting FDI; (3) best practices in lead generation; (4) FDI value propositions and Indonesia’s competitiveness; (5) best practices investment facilitation; (6) Salesforce.com and CRM systems; (7) Canadian business practices; and (8) best practices in account management.
