In order to encourage increased exports of apparel products from the greater Jakarta region, the Directorate General of National Export Development (DGNED) of the Ministry 0f Trade held a seminar titled “Opportunities and Potential for Exports of Indonesian Apparel Products in Canada.” The seminar was aimed at increasing understanding of the opportunities for Indonesian apparel products in the Canadian market.

Maria Guzman, TPSA’s apparel expert, gave an overview of the Canadian apparel marketplace, insights into Canadian consumer trends for apparel, and tips for how to successfully export to Canada.
